Yezza Queue TV

The clinic queue display for TVs. It shows called numbers or names, plays the bell and voice announcement, and shows your clinic's video or photos and scrolling text, all managed from Yezza.

  1. On the TV, install Downloader (by AFTVnews) from the Play Store.
  2. Open it and enter qtv.yezza.com/apk. The APK downloads.
  3. Allow Install unknown apps for Downloader when asked, then install.
  4. Or copy the APK to a USB stick and open it with a file manager, or run adb install.

Samsung Smart TV (Tizen)

Samsung TVs from 2017 onwards. Installed by a Yezza technician.

  1. On the TV: Apps → press 1 2 3 4 5 → turn on Developer mode and enter the installer PC's IP, then restart the TV.
  2. On the PC with Tizen Studio: sdb connect <tv-ip>, then tizen install -n <file>.wgt -t <tv>.

Samsung TVs only install apps signed with Yezza's Samsung certificate for that TV. If installation is refused, ask Yezza for a build signed for your TV.

After installing

  1. Open Yezza QTV and enter your clinic: the short name (e.g. codeblue), its address (codeblue.yezza.co) or your clinic's own domain.
  2. Choose Production, then Save. The queue screen appears and updates live.
  3. To change the clinic later, press OK on the remote while the queue is showing.
